Yes, there are cheats in this game, especially when the rule makers start to become unbearable, they really work, here I am writing some for you.

Cheat: 1 — Fake it till you make it

This is my favourite.

I will not give you boring explanations, here is an example; Imagine a translation company that markets itself as if it has a miraculous product that makes flawless translations with the best machine learning algorithms, but the company is newly established and doesn’t even have an office, so how?

Team members handle all incoming translation work and present it to their customers as perfect machine translation.

This is very easy to do in the beginning because there is not much workload and your customers are not in the corporate identity structure to control you. In this case, it doesn’t make much sense to rent an office and work for months without making money by programming complex algorithms.

All you have to do is pretend to be and really be that way with the money you earn.

Cheat: 2 — Poke Users

Here is an example.

Congratulations, you have a company that has just entered the market created by funny short videos.

However, there is a problem, the number of users is very low and existing users are hesitant to produce content.

Poke them !

Post your own content on fake user profiles and generate fake revenues for your fake users (Remember, this is cheating, you can’t expect it to be ethical) and generate real content by catching the attention of your potential customers.

Don’t let the examples limit you, you may have heard that when a cigarette company enters the market, it throws crushed empty packages on the street and gains customers in this way.
It’s up to your imagination.

Cheat: 3 — Buy, Change, Sell

Do you think it is too late to enter the electric car market?

Not at all!

Establish a team and a factory and start working right away.

After 20 years, your first vehicle is ready to hit the road.

Of course you can’t do that.

Tesla wasn’t doing this when it was first founded, buying a fossil fuel-powered sports car and removing the fuel engine, exhaust systems and many other mechanical parts, and replacing them with purchased batteries and electric motors.

So what exactly were they doing with this product ?

They attracted their attention by letting their customers experience the vehicles.

“ Here is the car we will produce, now you can have a discounted price by paying the down payment”

Yes, when people were paying for an electric car, what Tesla offered them was nothing more than a differentiated product that existed.

It’s not just big companies that do this, not everyone can afford to buy a sports car and convert it, however, when I saw that the labeling machine in a simple sewing workshop was actually a modified version of a standard sewing machine and was sold as such, I saw that this trick could actually be applied to every field.

Cheat: 4 — Retag

The project “Laser glucometer by ear” looks quite interesting.

But how do people react to this product, do they buy it ?

Seems like there’s only one way to find out, let’s generate it!

NO !

Believe me, starting such a project without knowing your customer’s opinion about the product will fail.

Instead, we buy the weirdest looking bluetooth headphones and we change the tag.

Here is the new “Sweet Ear version 0.1.2”

Then we take our product and go out to the street and try it on people, but there is a problem, where are the results?

Of course, it is transmitted to your phone. This is technology :)

By making small changes on a healthy glucose measurement result (Of course, we choose healthy individuals and use healthy measurement results, our aim is to get feedback about the product ) you can read the results on your own screen.

You can now ask people to comment on the product they’ve experienced and create a user experience map to produce the actual product.

Cheat: 5 — Congratulations

What should be the ideal price for a web service ?

It might make more sense to think about it after you set up the entire payment system and calculate your costs.

But the game doesn’t work like that, your users may not always make the payment you expect.

So how do you determine the amount the customer can pay ?

By gifting them a free service.

Let’s recall our first example

We had a translation company, but we didn’t have enough money yet for the systems we dreamed of, and we needed to create a price list for our services and estimate how much customers would pay for it.

You may think of examining similar works and copying their prices, but in this case, you will ignore all the features that make you different from others.

So how should we do ?

We create a fake payment page on our website and provide free service to our customers who click the buy button after seeing the amount we have determined.

So what did you win ?

As a company that has not even set up a payment system yet, you can determine how much your potential customers can pay for your services and sell your service with the highest profitability.

It is not wise to use this trick for a long time you can be easily noticed and you may have to give free service for big jobs.

As we said, entrepreneurship is a game and as in any game, cheats are inevitable.

I’ll be waiting for anything you want to add to all this.
